Refund Policy – Fancy Clancey Pawtraits

At Fancy Clancey Pawtraits, we don’t do ordinary—and neither do your pets.
Each Pawtrait is a bespoke, joy-filled creation, personally designed by Julia Clancey and made just for you.

All Sales Final (Because Your Pet Is One of a Kind)

Every piece is custom-created, so all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds—once your Pawtrait is in motion, it’s already becoming something truly special.

Damaged? We’ll Make It Right

On the rare occasion your Pawtrait arrives anything less than fabulous, we’ll happily offer an exchange.

Here’s what to do:

• Email us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos of the damage (including packaging)
• Keep the item unused and in its original condition

Once approved, we’ll remake your piece so it’s back to full glamour.

Each Pawtrait is an artistic interpretation, lovingly created by Julia Clancey.
Variations in colour, detail, and styling are all part of the charm—no two are ever the same, just like your pet.
